  • Happy Hour EventNovember 9, 2015 Happy Hour Event, Highlights of the Quadrennial Energy Review (QER)
Bill Hederman, Deputy Director for Systems Integration and Senior Advisor to the Secretary of Energy
NCAC recently had a well-attended Happy Hour event at the Dirty Martini Restaurant. Bill Hederman, Deputy Director for Systems Integration and Senior Advisor to the Secretary of Energy, provided a very stimulating presentation on Highlights of the Quadrennial Energy Review (QER), that was followed by question and answer. QER is the first-ever review, which focuses on energy infrastructure and identifies the threats, risks and opportunities for U.S. energy and climate security, enabling the government to translate policy goals into a set of integrated actions.

Hederman has had an extremely successful career. He is a public policy analyst and electrical engineer with decades of executive experience in the private and public sectors. He holds engineering degrees from MIT and the University of Notre Dame, and a professional degree from UC-Berkeley.
