Please join us for a Zoom webinar with Kevin Book and Timothy Fox of ClearView Energy Partners, moderated by Richard Meyer of the American Gas Association:
Natural Gas Markets in the Age of Data Center Growth
The rapid expansion of data centers is bringing about a new era of energy demand in the U.S. Most data centers currently rely on electricity sourced from the traditional power grid where natural gas is the dominant fuel source. While renewables, such as wind and solar, are expanding and play an important role in overall electricity supply, their intermittent nature requires a dependable backup, and natural gas provides that reliability. Nuclear power is a reliable source of electricity, but significant additions to the nuclear power base are years away.
The conversation will explore the current natural gas landscape and offer insights into the potential impact of growing demand for natural gas from data center power demand and LNG exports.
